Light Yellow Glow

Fill a new raster layer with #EBC492 and set it to Burn at 50%.

Duplicate the background layer, drag it above all other layers, and set it to Overlay at 100%.

Fill a new raster layer with #1F1915 and set it to Difference at 100%.

Kelsey's Tips: This effect works best with a light warm-colored picture. For a more saturated picture, duplicate the copied background.
