Pixelate
Ever wanted to make your images look pixel-y in Paint Shop Pro? Read this tutorial to find out how!First, get an image. I'm using this one:
Second, right-click on the background layer and select "Duplicate", as shown below.
Third, go to Effects >> Distortion Effects >> Pixelate.
Fourth, a window will pop up. Ajust the settings to your liking. This is how I set up mine:
Fifth, ajust the layer opacity to the way you want it.
