Picture Cut-Outs
Want to know how to cut out shapes from a picture? Follow this tutorial.
First, start with an image.
Then, click on the Selection Tool and match these settings (choose whatever shape you want to use):
Then, select the part of the picture that you would like to cut out:
Press CTRL + C. Open a new image with a colorful background. Then press CTRL + E to paste the shape selection into the new image.
Go to Selections > Modify > Expand and choose your border thickness. Then, press CTRL + C and CTRL + V to copy and paste it into a new image. Add some text, and there you have it!
