Color Lightning
Program Used: Paint Shop Pro 8
Description: Adds a pretty aged color look to your icons.
First, duplicate your background layer and set it to Overlay at 100%.
Duplicate your copy layer.
Create a new raster layer and fill it with #201B3D. Set it on Exclusion at 100%.
Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation/Lightness. Set Saturation to 20. This is what the final version looks like:
