Vibrant Color
Program Used: Paint Shop Pro 8.
Description: Adds a striking saturated color effect to your icons.
First, duplicate your background layer and set it to Overlay, leaving the opacity at 100%.
Then, go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation/Lightness. Set saturation to 35.
Create a new raster layer and fill it with #222802. Set it to Dodge at 100%
Make another new raster layer and fill it with #0B2727. Set this one to Exclusion at 50%.
Duplicate the background layer and drag it above the other layers. Set it to Screen at 35%.
