First, start with you image. I'm using a plain piano image.
Fill a new raster layer with #A08067 and set it to Screen at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #000000 and set it to Soft Light at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #B9A591 and set it to Overlay at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #FFCAAE and set it to Burn at 70%.
