Frosted Rose

First, start with you image. I'm going to use a pretty rose picture.
Fill a new raster layer with #481011 and set it to Saturation at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #E791AC and set it to Soft Light at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #D9B661 and set it to Darken at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #00357C and set it to Exclusion at 70%.
Here it is so far:
Add a border or some text if you want to, and you're all finished!
