First, start with you image.
Paste this gradient as a raster layer and set it to Overlay at 100%:
Fill a new raster layer with #7F374A and set it to Screen at 100%.
Copy the first raster layer and drag it to the top of all the other layers. Set it to Soft Light at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #F39D07 and set it to Hue at 50%.
Fill a new raster layer with #DA262F and set it to Saturation at 100%.
Fill a new raster layer with #7B4420 and set it to Saturation at 100%.
Copy the first raster layer and drag it to the top of all the other layers. Set it to Soft Light at 30%.

Add some brushes and text if you want to, and you're all done!
