Outlined Brushes
Here's an easy tutorial to teach you how to outline brushes.
First, open an image. This is the image I'll be using:
Second, make a new raster layer and put the brushes where you want them. The ones that I'm using are from Love at Noon.
Third, press Ctrl + C to copy the raster layer. Open a new image that's bigger or as big as the first image. The background color will be the brush outline color. Here's how I set mine up:
Fourth, press Ctrl + E to paste the brushes as a new selection onto the new image. Go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand and set the options to your liking. Then press Ctrl + C to copy the outlined brushes. Open the first image and press Ctrl + L to paste the outlined brushes as a new layer. Ajust the opacity to whatever you want it to be.
