When evaluating affiliates, I generally look for sites that are (1) clean and have no inappropriate content; (2) updated at least three times in a month; (3) domains and sub-domains; (4) graphics, portfolios, or personal blog sites; (5) fairly large with plenty of quality content; and (6) unique.
